Your New Role
As an Indoor Air Quality Specialist, you’ll be the front line of clean, breathable air for our customers across Bozeman, MT. You’ll perform inspections, clean HVAC components, and recommend solutions that eliminate dust, allergens, and pollutants from homes and businesses.
Your day-to-day will include:
Performing air quality assessments using diagnostic tools
Cleaning air ducts, HVAC components, and ventilation systems
Installing air purifiers, dehumidifiers, and UV germicidal lighting
Educating customers on air quality and recommending improvements
Collaborating with HVAC techs to integrate IAQ solutions
Logging service reports and customer payments in ServiceTitan
Preparing materials and tools for next-day jobs

Job requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Experience in HVAC, IAQ, duct cleaning, or environmental testing is a plus—but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable operating equipment like vacuums, brushes, and sprayers
Willing to pursue (or already have) EPA Section 608 Certification
Able to back up a trailer or open to learning
Solid communication and customer service skills
