Your New Role

  • Client Liaison: Be the trusted go-to expert for clients, handling their heating and cooling needs with professionalism

  • System Specialist: Install, repair, and maintain various systems, including a wide range of Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, rooftop units, split systems, etc.)

  • Independent Problem Solver: Handle service calls independently, performing detailed inspections, replacements, and repairs

  • Detail-Oriented Technician: Use Service Titan to log services accurately and communicate solutions effectively

  • Trade Mastery: Showcase skills in brazing, soldering, and all things refrigeration

Job requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in Commercial HVAC/R Service

  • Universal EPA (required)

  • Valid Driver’s License with no infractions (required)

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

  • NATE certification or equivalent a plus

  • Experience with energy management systems and controls preferred

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, rooftop units, split systems, etc.)

  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommended repairs

  • Building & maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and co-workers

  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation in Service Titan

  • Follow all company safety protocols and industry regulations

  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours service

  • Follow up with clients on repairs and recommendations

  • Order repair parts through approved vendors

  • Other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time by Commercial and Refrigeration Service Manager

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and travel frequently; must adhere to safety protocols
