Your New Role: HVAC Installation Expert

As an HVAC Installer specializing in AOR and Retrofit, you’ll be the expert in the field, handling high-end HVAC installations and leading retrofit projects.

• Install cutting-edge systems, including AC units, heat pumps, furnaces, humidifiers, and IAQ products.
• Work on both residential retrofits and select commercial projects.
• Lead and train apprentices while overseeing system commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensuring each install meets high standards.

• Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC, with at least 2 years in retrofit installs.
• Leadership: Minimum of 1 year managing and training installation apprentices.
• Certification: EPA Universal Certification.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical aspects of the role.

Preferred:

• Technical Training: 2 years in mechanical disciplines.
• Safety Certification: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
