What You’ll Do

  • Install HVAC Systems: Rough-in to start-up on residential new builds (and occasionally commercial).

  • Lead Projects: Own installs and set the standard for craftsmanship.

  • Mentor Apprentices: Share your knowledge and build the next generation of installers.

  • Adapt & Solve: Tackle challenges with flexibility and precision.

  • Collaborate: Work with clients, team members, and builders to deliver results you can be proud of.

Job requirements

What It Takes

  • Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC install experience (3–5 preferred).

  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Ability to work across Residential NC, Commercial NC, and Retrofit/AOR.

  • Universal EPA & OSHA 30 (required).

  • Strong communication + project management skills.

  • Able to lift 75 lbs, valid MT driver’s license, clean record.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
