Your New Role
As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll support our lead technicians and field supervisors on a variety of installations for both residential and commercial projects. Expect to:
- Assist with installations, including rough-ins, trims, and system start-ups.
- Manage tools and prepare job sites to ensure each project runs smoothly.
- Learn HVAC essentials, from drilling and wiring to venting fireplaces and installing garage heaters.
- Keep job sites clean and safe, working collaboratively with your team.
- Build solid relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates.
- Duct and dryer vent cleaning.

Job requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Basic hand tool knowledge; background in construction or a service field.
- Licenses: Valid MT Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Preferred:
- Mechanical-based degree or technical program.
- OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Experience with ServiceTitan.
- Physical Demands: Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, stooping, and reaching. Comfortable with potential exposure to chemicals and on-call work as needed.
