Your New Role
In this Dispatcher & Sales Support Specialist position, based in Bozeman, MT, you will:
Manage and maintain the dispatch board, ensuring technicians stay on schedule.
Keep customers updated on job progress and any scheduling changes.
Review completed invoices, correct errors, and ensure proper documentation.
Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and unscheduled jobs to maximize revenue.
Track service revenue goals and prioritize profitable job scheduling.
Coordinate parts orders with vendors and keep technicians informed on deliveries.
Support customer service reps by handling overflow calls and providing backup coverage.
Assist with scheduling warranty paperwork, duct cleanings, and other service requests.
Be part of an on-call rotation for extreme weather situations.

Job requirements
Must-Have:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing a multi-line phone system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Valid MT Driver’s License & clean driving record
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Preferred:
Experience in ServiceTitan and Google Suite
Dispatching experience
HVAC industry experience
Physical Demands & Work Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Frequent sitting, standing, and use of hands for computer tasks
Occasional on-call duty for extreme weather situations
