Job Description
Premier Systems is looking for a business-minded leader to help build the next chapter of our company.
This is not a traditional office management role.
This is not an HR position.
This is not an accounting position.
This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys solving problems, building teams, improving performance, driving accountability, and helping turn vision into execution.
Working directly with the CEO and alongside our Director of Operations, you'll help lead the business side of a growing company by driving financial performance, organizational health, strategic initiatives, leadership accountability, and sustainable growth.

What You'll Do
The Director of Business Performance serves as a key member of our executive leadership team and is responsible for helping ensure the organization operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our vision.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Driving organizational accountability and execution
Monitoring financial performance, profitability, and key business metrics
Developing and maintaining company scorecards and performance reporting
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Coordinating and tracking strategic initiatives and company priorities
Improving communication and alignment across departments
Supporting recruiting, onboarding, retention, and leadership development efforts
Overseeing business systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Supporting marketing effectiveness, customer experience, and organizational growth
Identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and scalability
Serving as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team
As a growing company, this role may also participate in strategic business development efforts, relationship management, and growth initiatives when needed.
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 - $110,000 annual base salary

We're looking for someone who can see the big picture while still driving day-to-day execution.
You may currently be a:
General Manager
Business Unit Leader
Branch Manager
Integrator
Director of Finance or Business Operations
Small Business Executive
Department Leader with strong financial and leadership experience
Industry experience is helpful but not required. We are more interested in leadership ability, business acumen, and a proven track record of driving results.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
Strong financial and business acumen
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
Proven ability to lead people and drive accountability
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and technology platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading multiple departments or business functions
Experience with strategic planning and organizational development
Experience with recruiting, talent development, and performance management
Experience in construction, home services, skilled trades, or related industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
